Pros: huge capacity, great looking machine, quiet!
Cons: There were not met expectations, wash in hot water, door can not be reversed, do not bother to tune the signal at the end of washing, dear!
On 6/23/11, service technician came out. He had never seen this problem before and ordered a new heater for it. I am not satisfied that new car - less than a week old - should already have all the spare parts. I contacted my seller HH Gregg and will be switching off the machine.
