Last Thursday, almost precisely sixteen months after buy it would no longer activate. We tried resetting it and nonetheless no longerhing. Then we got quantitys for restore...one does now not carrier our area and the other went straight to voicemail. I am very upset and I really do not need to have to head to the laundromat to do used to beh after I have a sixteen month outdated, $900 dryer in my home. I called customer provider only to be told that their technicians will only speak with approved restore folks and now not with direct purchasers. One would assume that an $800.00 dryer would last longer than 14 months without having repair. There are most effective two of us within the household and the dryer is used two to 3 times per week. Customer carrier asked me what the error code used to be and after I instructed him, I was once informed to name a providerman. He didn't even inform me what the error code supposed (heater, thermostat?). There might be a very easy solution to get at the inaccurate section, or most likely now not, however without technical help, I'm left to both take the unit aside piece by means of piece or spend extra money nameing a carrierman. Shoddy customer support. I may have it restoreed, however I would no longer counsel an LG appliance to anyone I understand, knowing that they do no longer deliver on customer provider.
